Max has a B.S. degree in psychology and business administration from Florida Atlantic University, and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee. He is a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor for MHC. He started the company in 2010, growing from just one counselor to now over 100 counselors across the entire state of Florida; serving students in more than 20 school districts; and helping over 10,000 families across our great state. Max was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, grew up in South Florida, and is a big Messi fan.
Regional Clinical Director.
Molly has an MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Play Therapy Certification. She also has Certifications in Business Services and Business Operations. She is an LMHC and qualified supervisor, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and registered play therapist. She is a member of the Florida Association for Infant Mental Health amongst others. She has been working at our agency since 2017, and loves helping counselors reach their potential.
Office Manager.
Shere has been with Lukas since 2015, and she goes the extra mile to make sure all new clients have a positive experience. She oversees our relationship with school districts, and supervises other administrative staff.
Regional Clinical Director.
My name is Jacy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in trauma treatment and am trained in a specific trauma technique called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocess). I have worked with a lot of clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, among other diagnoses. I also have a lot of experience working with parenting and behavioral therapy for children. Jacy is a qualified supervisor for licensure (LCSW).
Office Manager.
Chelse has a Bachelors in Health Science Administration from Seminole State College and an AA degree in General Studies from Valencia College. Chelse has been with our agency since 2022 and brings excellent administrative and customer service qualifications to make our client's experience a positive one.
Quality Assurance.
Inna has excellent customer service skills, she is an effective communicator, attentive listener, is patient and diplomatic . Inna has spent over 20 years in the behavioral health field in Sacramento CA before moving to FL in 2022. Inna ensures that all operational procedures are followed and that standards are kept throughout our operations. She received her Business Administration degree from American River College in CA.
Billing & Special Projects.
Taylor has been with our agency in many roles since 2021. She lives in Pennsylvania, and is a fast-learner and very caring individual. She excels at her tasks and is always engaged into making the client's experience a positive one. She has previously worked as a billing specialist processing insurance claims and charges, and has a Certificate of Medical Billing and Coding from YTI Career Institute in PA.

I have been working in the insurance industry since 2006. I started working at BCBS. In 2017, I went to the other side of insurance and worked for a local hospital billing claims. I left that company in 2021 and now I am the Billing Specialist @ Lukas. I am married to my grade school sweetheart and we have 3 wonderful children ages 9, 6, and 1 and a half. My husband works full-time and also works on the family farm. We enjoy raising cows as well. I have an Associates Degree in Medical Reimbursement & Coding from John Wood Community College – Quincy, IL and studied Medical Reimbursement & Coding at Bryant & Stratton College in NY.
Assistant Office Manager/TCM.
Lisa is in charge of making sure our case managers have proper authorizations and that deadlines are kept. She has been with our agency since 2015, and is a quick-learner and dependable. She has previously been a case manager and intake specialist for other agencies in FL. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Cambridge College in MA.
TCM Director.
Ashley has been a Case Manager for mentally challenged youth ages 7 to 17 years old since 2006. She has worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer and has extensive experience managing case management operations. She has a B.A. degree in criminal justice from Bethune Cookman College and she is a certified Case Management Supervisor.
Psychiatric Manager.
Miriam has been with our agency since 2015, and has helped many families with the process of accessing services. Miriam helps clients in scheduling and managing their psychiatric appointments with our psychiatric nurse practitioners. Miriam speaks Spanish.
Special Projects & Bookkeeping.
Madison has a B.A. degree in marketing and has been worked at 3 major Fortune-500 companies in a marketing outreach role. She cares about traveling, helping people, fishing, and would like to one day travel to 100+ countries around the world.
Clinical Manager Orange County.
Olivia has been with our agency since 2016, and has previously worked at Aspire providing individual and family counselor to many families. She is involved with OPCS, is a proven leader and has experience with diverse populations.
Clinical Manager Brevard County.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I also hold a credential in addictions (CAP). I earned my master's degree in community and school psychology and my doctorate in Education is from Nova Southeastern University with a specialization in Child and Family Therapy. I have 20+ years of experience as a therapist and work with clients from a strength-based approach. I have worked with those who struggle with an Addiction Issue, ADHD, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Grief, Parenting Concerns, Relationship Conflicts, and Academic or Work-related Problems. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing are a few therapeutic approaches that I enjoy using and have found to be helpful.
TCM Assistant Supervisor.
Liz is a certified Case Management Supervisor who is results-oriented hands on-bilingual Social work activities and Community Services, offering several years of diverse experience in the Children and Families Services arena specializing in social adjudications and community sources, claimant eligibilities and Substance abuse investigations. She speaks Spanish and received her Bachelor of Education from Pedagogic Institute Verona-Havana in Cuba. Supervisor since 2014. BA on Education major in Math. BA liberal arts major in Psychology. Current working in my MS geriatric Psychology. At UNIR ( Universidad Internacional La Rioja )

Linda is credentialed for Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor through the Florida Certification Board (FCB). She has over 20 years as a caring case manager providing guidance and support to both staff and clients. She is skilled in the Children's Foster Care system, adoptions, supervision, and QDDP and IDD experience as well.

Clyde has been working for our agency since 2015 and has helped our TCM Director with numerous tasks including orienting new case managers. Clyde has an MPA from UCF, and a N.S. in Political Science from Florida A&M. He is also Florida Bar Licensed from the A&M College of Law sine 2019. Clyde has worked at Legal Aid Society and Aspire among other agencies and institutions.
